Qube offers an advanced cost estimating and project management system that has advanced features to increase productivity and gives your team a central place to work from anywhere while also giving your accounting team the integration needed for QuickBooks so you never have to enter data twice.

Do you have Qube user plans that include Quick Base?

The Qube software may be offered soon in a combined Quick Base hosting plan.  Pricing on this is not determined, but please inquire if interested at 512-266-0101.  

What features does the job scheduling calendar include?  

The Qube scheduling calendar will let you see the work details you need to schedule in a view that also shows your existing job schedule along with different filters so you can see who busy where.   

Can I filter the Qube job scheduling in a daily view?  

Yes there is a daily view that can also be filtered different ways including who is scheduled and who is available with drag and drop reassignments for daily tasks.

Can see the jobs that are managed by a project manager?  

Yes, you can filter by project manager, sales rep or coordinator.

Can I reschedule resources easily?

Yes you can reschedule work order details by reassigning them to a new resource.  We have also included the ability to reassign only the "open" portion of the work order so the balance is automatically given to the newly assigned party.  

Can I customize the software? 

You can do this by using Quick Base's low code approach and extending on the application schema that we have included with the product.  We can also customize our code or write new code for you.

This is key because you will break the QuickBooks 30 user limit and then be able to have hundreds or even thousands of users in Qube being hosted on Quick Base.
How easy is it to set up Qube to work with QuickBooks?

Qube's item list has a powerful price update tool mark discontinued items inactive and adds and updates the items that are current.  There is also built in QR label price scanning and with a password for only your employee's to use.  

How can I set up customers, vendors and employees?

You can either add them one at a time which is good for learning the program or importing them using a properly formatted spreadsheet.  Vendors and employees go into the resources table and customers are to be added into the Customers table. 

What is a Group Item in Qube?

Group items enable you to load multiple items in a quick command.  You can use these either as a complete group, or with a leading unique item.  Group items are also flexible as you can also include details that you occasionally use in the configuration so that you can easily switch to them.

What is a Group Assembly?  

A Group Assembly is a list of group items that you can select to load quickly.
 
Can I setup my own Group and Assembly configurations?    

Yes they are easy to setup once you learn them and are very powerful in the estimating process.  

Does the item price update tool also update my group and assembly items?

What does Send-Easy do?

Send-Easy converts documents like estimates into a PDF so they can be electronically signed without the use of another third party software.  Signed documents are stored and your customer is sent a copy.

Yes, customers are asked if they want to make a payment right after they sign their estimate. 

What credit card merchants do you offer?

First Data is the recommended merchant option.  Rates are from as low as 1.89% for non-reward cards to about 2.5% for reward cards depending on the card's benefit schedule to the card holder.  

How long does it take for processed credit cards transactions to be deposited?

The full transaction amount is deposited into your bank usually within the next business day.

Bridge-Easy is our exclusive desktop software that keeps all of your accounting data from Quick Base into sync with QuickBooks.
