Google Calendar Integration
Qube’s advanced job schedulers can now integrate into Google calendar giving you visibility at the time you need to schedule. Now you can see both employee and subcontractor schedules inside and outside of your company. The Google calendar information shared maintains privacy by only showing their available days and/or time slots for the resources. This works exceptionally well when your business relies upon additional workers such as subcontractors whether year round or seasonal. Best of all, it is intuitive and easy to use and when the resource receives the work request they can choose to accept and add it directly to their Google calendar or not.
