Qube is designed to be hosted on the Quick Base platform. Since Quick Base has unlimited user capability this means that Qube also has unlimited user capability according to the size of your Quick Base hosting plan.

Qube can be hosted on the Premier or Platform Plan or greater. If you have many users a Platform plan may be better suited. Contact Qu-Soft for more options related to this plan should you have less than 40 users.

What if I have less than 20 users can I still use Qube?

Beginning in October 2019 we will have Qube subscription seats available with a Quick Base Platform seat. Contact Qu-Soft at 512-266-0101 for more information.

Can I customize the software?

Using Quick Base’s low code approach the application can be extended. We can customize and write new code for you to build all the new features your business may require.

What version of QuickBooks do I need to integrate with accounting?

QuickBooks for Windows desktop and can be a Premier or Enterprise version. Most clients use Enterprise and only need a license the size of their accounting and executive team.

What modules does Qube come with?

Qube software comes with Website Leads, Opportunities, Customer, Projects, Estimates (including Change Orders), Purchase Orders, Bills, Work Orders, Timecards, Sub Labor Checks, Adjusting Journal Entries, Project Journals, Issue Management, Back Charges and more. Plus, each module is not bare bones, but designed to with many time saving features built into it.

How many user roles does Qube come with?

Qube starts out with 10 user roles with unique home pages and permissions that you can customize as needed.

What is the annual renewal fee for Qube?

Qube software will have an annual renewal license fee but is a portion of the initial cost of the software.

Can we upgrade the software to the new version?

Qube software is frequently updated and we will notify you of new features available inside the application.
